Description

Final work-in-progress with the addition of Icarus' wings in a standby mode while he prepares for his fatal and flawed flight.  I have not cast this piece yet, because the cost of the silicone mold will be approximately $400, and the resin will be around $150.

The clay piece is resting in my storage area for the day when I can purchase the casting supplies to create a beautiful finished piece.
